My job description: I get to do everything from purchasing items a guest forgot to bring to planning fun and exciting corporate events. I manage a staff of about 30 employees, which I enjoy keeping motivated with fun meetings. I never forget a birthday and I make sure that each staff member receives a little gift around that special day. The same goes for our guests. With a very small staff, the General Manager and I get to be very hands on. This makes work fun and allows our guests to know that we are willing to pitch in wherever needed.

My favorite part of working at the CopperLeaf Hotel: We go to great lengths to make our guests feel at home. One of my favorite ammenties is the toothbrush holder in the bathroom. When traveling to a hotel, I usually keep my toothbrush in a ziplock bag. At the CopperLeaf, you can stand it up in a toothbrush holder just like at home. I love being a part of the implementation of those special little touches.

The CopperLeaf Hotel is unique because:
The "quaintness" we offer to our guests. People want to see the same staff member more than once throughout their stay. The same person that checked you in may help you with your luggage or deliver an item to your room. Our small staff allows us to give you that undivided attention that you deserve.
