Looking for a unique and comfortable venue for
your next meeting or event ? Small groups,
ranging from 4 to 84 guests, are our specialty.
The CopperLeaf Hotel would be pleased to host
your business meeting, wedding reception,
rehearsal dinner, holiday party, or other event
with the same personalized service and attention
to detail shown each guest at the CopperLeaf
Hotel. We invite you to Experience the Charm

unique and elegant hotel atmosphere. Your
guests or participants will fondly recall an event
at the CopperLeaf Hotel, and you will appreciate
the convenience and ease of working with our friendly and professional hotel staff. We recognize your event is special and very important to you. Our Group & Event Coordinator will monitor the planning of each event to ensure outstanding communication and execution at every phase.
The Globe Board Room features an executive style table with up to 10 chairs. It is equipped with
a Polycom Sound Station for conference calls and
a projection screen. This setting lends itself
perfectly to a board meeting, partners meeting, strategic planning session, or other small group.
The Autumn Room is a conference room capable of accommodating 84 guests in its entirety, or it
may be divided into two smaller rooms each accommodating 42 guests. Projection screens
are available on each side and an audio system is available throughout. The open floor plan allows for setup in a theatre, classroom, or boardroom style
or tables of round for dinner seating. A dinner in
the Autumn Room may be preceded by a reception and cocktails in our Mezzanine Lounge located just across the hall.
The Mezzanine Lounge located on the first floor
of the hotel, overlooking the main lobby area, lends itself perfectly to private receptions or events. This unique setting absorbs the vibrant atmosphere of
the hotel and its downtown location. A serving area is available for hors d'oeuvres or a light buffet, and
small tables and chairs can be scattered throughout
for seating or removed for more space. |
