The food and beverage service is provided by the Bella Vita Ristorante which is conveniently located inside the hotel. You will enjoy professional service complimented by a truly unique menu.

Guest Accommodations

Reserve a block of rooms for your guests at special discounted rates. When they make their reservation, they simply mention your wedding party or other event name to receive the special rate. We’ll take care of the rest.

No credit card is required to hold a block of rooms. If the rooms have not been reserved four weeks prior to your event, they will be released. If 20 or more hotel rooms are reserved for your wedding, your bridal suite is free.

We invite you to experience the charm and feel the difference of an event held in our unique, elegant hotel atmosphere.

Your guests or participants will fondly recall your event at the CopperLeaf Hotel, and you will appreciate the convenience and ease of working with our friendly, professional hotel staff. We recognize your event is special and very important to you. Our event coordinator, Monica Wittman, will monitor the planning of each event to ensure outstanding communication and execution at every phase.

The Globe Boardroom
With an executive style table with up to 10 chairs, the Globe Boardroom is the setting for a meeting, strategic planning session, or other small group. It is equipped with a Polycom Sound Station for conference calls and a projection screen.

The Autumn Room
The Autumn Room can accommodate 84 guests in its entirety, or it may be divided into two smaller rooms accommodating 42 guests each. Projection screens are available on each side and an audio system is available throughout. The open floor plan allows for setup in a theatre, classroom, boardroom, u-shape or banquet style. A dinner in the Autumn Room may be preceded by a reception and cocktails across the hall in our Mezzanine Lounge.

The Mezzanine Lounge
The Mezzanine Lounge located on the first floor of the hotel, overlooking the main lobby area, lends itself perfectly to private receptions or events. This unique setting absorbs the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel and its downtown location. A serving area is available for hors d'oeuvres or a light buffet. Small tables and chairs can be scattered throughout for seating or removed for more space.
