HOTEL POLICIES

Please note the following hotel policies:
Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM.
The CopperLeaf Boutique Hotel & Spa is a smoke-free facility.
A valid credit card is required as a security deposit for all reservations. Friday & Saturday reservations – one night room stay and tax will be charged the day of arrival. A valid credit card required. A cancellation notice is required 24 hours in advance. The cancellation policy for special events vary. Please call the hotel direct for details regarding specific special event cancellation policies.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS
A valid credit or debit card is required for all reservations at the time of booking. At check-in, your card will be authorized for 150% of the total charges for your stay. We highly discourage the use of debit cards for authorization at registration, as your bank will immediately place a “hold” on the authorized amount of funds.  These funds will no longer be available for use from your bank account until payment of your account upon check-out. Upon departure, any unused amount will be released from hold status at the discretion of your bank, which could be from 3 – 10 business days. The CopperLeaf Hotel will not be held responsible fror any overdraft charges incurred as the result of authorization.

PARKING
Covered parking is available in the Washington Street (Green) ramp located (to the north) behind the hotel.
Pay as you exit fees apply:
$1 for less than two hours
$2 for two – three hours
$3 for three – four hours
$5 for over four hours
Cash or credit cards are accepted.
Always lock your vehicle and do not leave any valuables inside. The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in vehicles. A loading zone is available in front of the hotel on Superior Street for approximately 15 minutes.
