The CopperLeaf Hotel is ideal for rehearsal dinners or intimate wedding receptions. The Autumn Room will comfortably accommodate up to 84 guests. The food and beverage service is provided by the Black & Tan Grille which is conveniently located inside the hotel. You will enjoy professional service complimented by a truly unique menu. The CopperLeaf Hotel has a Surround Sound System so you can listen to your favorite selections or choose from the wide array of music that the hotel has to offer. In order to maintain the intimate atmosphere of the hotel, the CopperLeaf does not allow amplified music.

The Rehearsal Dinner
The rehearsal dinner is the ideal way to start the wedding festivities. It is a time to introduce guests, socialize and enjoy a relaxing dinner. It’s often the last “quiet time” with close family and friends before the wedding day.

Here are some traditional guidelines to consider when planning your rehearsal dinner. Please keep in mind these are suggestions and, as in every aspect of your wedding, the rehearsal dinner should reflect the personalities of the bridal couple.

Traditionally, the rehearsal dinner is the
  responsibility of the groom’s family and the
  groom’s father makes a formal toast before the
  dinner starts.

This may be the first time many of your guests will
  meet; place cards are helpful.

The bridal couple and their immediate family
  generally sit together at the front or focal table.

If you are giving your attendants thank you gifts,
  the rehearsal dinner provides a great opportunity to
  distribute them.

Guests should include the immediate family of the
  bride and groom, your clergy person and guest,
  and your complete wedding party and their guests.
  If special out of town guests are planning on
  arriving early, you may want to include them as
  well.

There are a variety of options for rehearsal dinners. The event coordinator will assist you in creating a dinner as unique as the two of you!

Wedding Guest Accommodations
Have your guests stay at the finest hotel in Appleton. The CopperLeaf Hotel has three unique room types to accommodate your guest’s needs. You can set aside a block of rooms for you wedding guests and they can simply call the hotel and give your wedding party name. We’ll take care of the rest. A credit card is not required to hold a block of hotel rooms for your guests. Three weeks prior to your wedding, the rooms that have not been reserved in your guest’s name will be released. We offer special discounted rates for your guests. If 20 or more guest rooms are reserved for your wedding, your bridal suite is free.
