Donation Requests

We’re committed to be the difference in our community

As a member of the Appleton community since 2004, the CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa and RB Hospitality are delighted to give back to local charities and organizations.

In order to evaluate your request, we have established criteria that will provide us with the pertinent information we need.

Please submit your email to donations@copperleafhotel.com with the following information [phone calls, drop-ins, or physical mail requests will not be accepted]:

• Formal request on company/foundation letterhead at least 60 days prior to your event
• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Address you would like the certificate mailed to
• Date certificate is needed by
• Organization name
• Date of event
• Event location
• Approximate number of attendees
• Include a link to the event’s website or Facebook page (when applicable)
• All donation requests must include a flyer advertising the event with contact information
• Please include your 501 c3 non-profit tax status
• Local events only (within approximately a 100-mile radius of the hotel)

Please understand we receive a large number of donation requests each month and are unable to honor or follow-up individually on all the requests we receive. If you are chosen as a recipient, we will contact you directly. We wish you success with your fundraising efforts.

The CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa does support the following organizations: non-profit (and able to provide proof of 501 c3 status), raising funds to further support their cause and making a big impact in our community.

Please Note:

Our apologies, but donation requests without all the information listed above will not be considered.

The CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa does not donate items to corporations or other for-profit entities, third-party fundraisers, individual appeals or benefits, denomination specific organizations, political causes, or multi-year requests.

Donations and amount of donations are subject to the CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa’s discretion.

We do not donate money and sponsorship funds are not available.
