Donation Requests

We’re committed to be the difference in our community

As a member of the Appleton community since 2004, the CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa and RB Hospitality is delighted to give back to local charities and organizations.

If you are looking for a donation for your local event (within approximately a 100-mile radius of the hotel), please email donations@copperleafhotel.com your formal request on company/foundation letterhead at least 60 days prior to your event with the following information:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Address you would like the certificate mailed to
• Date certificate is needed
• Organization Name
• Date of Event
• Event Location
• Approximate number of attendees
• Include a link to the event’s website or Facebook page
• All donation requests must include a flyer advertising the event with contact information
• Please include your 501 c3 non-profit tax status

Please understand we receive a large number of donation requests each month and are not able to honor or follow-up individually on all the requests we receive. If you are chosen as a recipient, we will contact you directly. We wish you success with your fundraising efforts.

The CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa does support the following organizations: non-profit (and able to provide proof of 501 c3 status), raising funds to further support their cause and making a big impact in our community.

If you are seeking a donation request from Spa BenMarNicos or RYE Restaurant, please reach out to each entity separately and not through this website.

Please Note: our apologies, but donation requests without all the information listed above will not be considered. The CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa does not donate items to corporations or other for-profit entities, third-party fundraisers, individual appeals or benefits, churches, or political causes. Donations and amount of donations are subject to the CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa’s discretion. We do not donate money and sponsorship funds are not available.
