Karter has been at the CopperLeaf Hotel + Spa since 2017. She has an extensive background in hospitality and guest service. Karter received the Spirit of Hospitality award from the Wisconsin Hotel and Lodging Association in 2018. When you meet her, you will immediately enjoy her fun personality and appreciate her desire to help our guests. If you need a group of rooms for an upcoming wedding, meeting, conference or special event, she will assist you with the details.

We’re right in the middle of everything – music, special events, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, etc. I like getting to know my guests and have made lasting relationships with them. I also enjoy giving advice on what to do, where to eat, and if I don’t have the answer I will do the research to figure it out!“
