The City of Appleton will be completing structure work on the green parking ramp behind the hotel from Thursday, September 5, 2024-Monday, September 9, 2024.
To make your arrival and departure as smooth as possible, we would like to provide you with valuable information regarding the City of Appleton’s yellow ramp parking structure.
-We suggest that you load/unload your luggage in front of the hotel on North Superior Street prior to parking your vehicle. Both sides of North Superior Street offer our guests 15 minutes to load/unload your items.
-Step inside to the Reception Desk to complete your registration and take your items to your guestroom.
-Follow the directions from the receptionist to the yellow ramp at 130 East Washington Street, which is three blocks from the hotel. Take a ticket upon entering and bring that parking ticket to the receptionist in the lobby and they will validate your parking ticket as a gesture of goodwill.
We understand this is not convenient for our guests, but it is the only option the City of Appleton is offering for guest parking. If you have any questions, please see the receptionist in the lobby.

Interstate 41 Northbound (from Milwaukee/Oshkosh)
Follow Interstate 41 northbound to exit 142-WI 47/Richmond Street. At top of ramp, turn right onto WI 47/Richmond Street. Follow 2.3 miles and turn left onto Franklin Street (landmark: Kwik Trip). Follow to the first traffic light and turn right onto North Division Street (landmark: US Post Office). Just past the first traffic light, the green parking ramp entrance will be on your left. Park on levels 1S, 2S, 3S, or 4S and take the elevator in the corner of the structure to be closest to the hotel.
Interstate 41 Southbound (from De Pere/Green Bay)
Follow Interstate 41 southbound to exit 142-WI 47/Richmond Street. At top of ramp, turn left onto WI 47/Richmond Street. Follow 2.3 miles and turn left onto Franklin Street (landmark: Kwik Trip).
