A newly announced roadway project in Grand Chute will affect the College Avenue corridor and how our guests travel to our hotel.
We have anticipated this construction and have provided you with driving directions that will detour you past this construction project.
Follow these driving directions to avoid traffic disruptions/delays at the Interstate 41 – Exit number 137 WI 125 / College Avenue.
Travelling Northbound on Interstate 41 [from Milwaukee / Oshkosh]
-Follow Interstate 41 North to exit 142: WI 47-Richmond Street.
-At the top of the ramp, turn right onto WI 47 / Richmond Street.
-Follow WI 47 / Richmond Street for 2.5 miles and turn left onto West Franklin Street [landmark: Kwik Trip].
-Follow to the first traffic light and turn right onto North Division Street.
-After the first traffic light, turn left into the parking structure [Green Ramp / Washington Street Ramp].
-Take a ticket.
-Park on the south side of the structure [1S / 2S / 3S / 4S] and utilize the elevator or stairs in the corner of the parking structure to be closest to the hotel.
Travelling Southbound on Interstate 41 [from Green Bay]
-Follow I41 South to exit 142: WI 47-Richmond Street.
-At the top of the ramp, turn left onto WI 47 / Richmond Street.
-Follow WI 47 / Richmond Street for 2.5 miles and turn left onto West Franklin Street [landmark: Kwik Trip].
-Follow to the first traffic light and turn right onto North Division Street.
-After the first traffic light, turn left into the parking structure [Green Ramp / Washington Street Ramp].

We want to make you aware of the annual Octoberfest will take place in downtown Appleton.
On Friday, September 29, 2023 is the Licensed to Cruise Event from 12:30pm-9:30pm. College Avenue will be closed in front of the hotel.
On Saturday, September 30, 2023 Octoberfest with music and activities will be from 9:00am and conclude at 5:30pm. College Avenue will be closed in front of the hotel.
